Growin Group is a South Florida-based real estate development and investment firm founded by construction contractor Jorge Saivay and engineer Luis Ochoa. Based in Key Biscayne, Gaviria Architects is an international practice with a portfolio that spans residential, multifamily, hospitality, healthcare, and urban planning across Miami, South Florida, and South America. Led by principal Jorge Gaviria, the firm brings deep experience to complex, large-scale projects without losing sensitivity to material, proportion, and place. Their work on LEV in Ojus near Aventura reflects a design philosophy rooted in warm facade selections, sophisticated amenity programming, and buildings that engage their neighborhoods rather than turn away from them. The Botanik multifamily project in North Miami demonstrates the same layered attention to detail at a different scale. For LEV, they bring that same rigorous lens.

García Milla-León
Founded in Lima in 1996 by José García and Fiorella Milla-León, García Milla-León is one of Latin America's most decorated interior design studios. With over 340 projects completed and more than 500,000 square meters delivered across banking, hospitality, corporate, retail, and residential, the studio is celebrated for interiors that carry genuine emotional weight — spaces where material selection, proportion, and light are treated as instruments of feeling rather than decoration. The firm has earned gold medals at the Ibero-American Biennial of Interior Design and represented Peru at the 2012 Venice Architecture Biennale. José García holds a master's degree from the Architectural Association in London and brings global consulting experience including collaboration with Foster and Partners. For LEV, they are responsible for the interior environment — the finish palette, spatial warmth, and the quiet sensory precision that defines how each residence feels from the moment you step inside.
